Practice leading #LikeAGirl. Bias in our thinking starts when we are kids, so let’s start our girls thinking about women as leaders NOW! Here is how. First: you take the lead. When you refer to a boss or mentor or leader and you don’t know the gender – assume it is a woman, because why not? Second: start the conversation with your girl about what she thinks leadership is and looks like.
