Erin Loos Cutraro, Founder and CEO of nonpartisan nonprofit 'She Should Run', joins chedHER to discuss how she's helping to create the next generation of female elected officials, and how women leaders are responding to the COVID-19 crisis.

“EMILY’s List and Maggie’s List have been the two largest, for each party respectively,” he wrote in an email to Reform Austin. “Also She Should Run and IGNITE.”

Women are the majority of critical healthcare workers, grocery clerks, and caregivers while the country is working from home. Those experiences will make them much better leaders.

“Everyone in a collective way is feeling or will feel the impact of this pandemic,” says Erin Loos Cutraro, founder and CEO of She Should Run, a nonpartisan organization supporting women running for office. “It is at this very moment that we have to shine a light on what it means that women are not going to be in these rooms.

The impact coronavirus has on all women highlights the urgent need for a more representative government, who can magnify the concerns of women at large.
