Amanda DiIulis

Senior Program Manager

Amanda DiIulis is the Senior Program Manager for She Should Run. She is passionate about bringing people together through impactful programming and community-building initiatives that empower others to lead with intention.

Before joining She Should Run, Amanda was the Operations Manager and Senior Impact Manager for The Brainchild Collective. She worked with her team to plan, execute, and oversee a new career and leadership program for teens focused on emotional intelligence skill-building and re-igniting fundraising efforts.

With over eight years of nonprofit experience, Amanda has worked in various fields within the sector, including older adult services, mental healthcare, higher education, animal welfare, and career and leadership development. Working within these fields taught Amanda the importance of being a lifelong learner and the different ways to contribute to your community through service.

Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Management from Keene State College and a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University. Raised in Massachusetts, she now resides in Chicago with her three cats: Olive, Rosie, and Bean.
