Committee Coordinator at the Westchester County Board of Legislators, where I work at the intersection of people, process, and public decision-making and that same clarity and structure shows up in my facilitation style. I’m known for creating rooms where conversations are focused, inclusive, and actually move toward action. A surprising chapter of my journey includes years of building community-centered spaces through advocacy and cultural programming, which taught me how to read a room quickly and hold space when conversations get real.
