De Andra Judge is a bold leadership strategist who equips individual leaders to rise with clarity, authority, and emotional intelligence. No stranger to stages, she has coached winning Step Teams at Howard University and was crowned the first Miss Residence Life during the university’s inaugural Residence Life Pageant. She believes the strongest local leaders are leaders willing to stand against tyranny where others have bowed.
