Finding Your Purpose in Public Leadership

Over the past year, we’ve discussed leadership, fundraising, networking, communications, and storytelling – all key elements of being a public leader, including a candidate for elected office. On #GivingTuesday 2021, we discussed how you can give back to your community by finding your purpose in public service. Whether you’re a candidate, volunteer, campaign manager, or activist, there are many ways to get involved in politics and make a difference. In a conversation with local leaders from Oregon, we discussed the various opportunities that exist in politics, the impact each of them have had in their roles, and why more women are needed in public leadership.
