Every Other Friday Off (EOFO)
Our Every Other Friday Off (EOFO) program fosters wellness and work-life balance with the office being “closed for collaboration” on many Fridays throughout the year.
Stipends
We invest in our team by providing various stipends to support their work and growth. Employees receive a monthly work-from-home stipend to cover remote work needs. Additionally, we offer professional development funds upon request, tailored to specific roles and training requirements.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees receive their full PTO balance at the start of the year, including 18 vacation days, five sick days, and all federal holidays. Additionally, employees can select two extra holidays as we recognize that our diverse team members may observe occasions and holidays that are not included in the standard federal holiday calendar.
Insurance
We provide top-tier medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the premium covered for employees and 75% covered for dependents. We also offer a 3% match to employee SIMPLE IRAs.
Compensation Philosophy
We believe contributions deserve fair and transparent compensation. To promote equity, our salary bands are reviewed on a biannual basis informed by national nonprofit salary survey data. This ensures our compensation is competitive within the nonprofit sector, and we are proud to structure our salary bands well above the market rate for our budget size.
